After careful consideration, we have made the difficult decision to close the practice effective 1/1/26. This decision was not made lightly, and we want you to know how much Anchor has cherished being part of your wellness journey.

While the clinic as a business will be closing, each of the providers you have received care from will be moving forward independently to continue providing services with the same compassion and support you’ve come to expect from us.

Above all, your continuity of care and your access to your records remain our top priorities. We want to make sure you know exactly how to stay connected with us:

If you have prepaid services remaining with Anchor, contact us promptly to let us know to which practice you would like to transfer your credits, as each of the practitioners you have grown to know and trust will be able to provide those same services at their new locations. You may also opt to be refunded outright. If you do not contact us with your preference by 12/31, Anchor will remit a refund to you.

We understand that changes in care can feel overwhelming, and we are here to help make this process as seamless as possible. Your medical records will remain secure with each of us, and we will each remain accessible to you for care-related inquiries. If you would like your records transferred to another provider or wish to obtain a personal copy, please contact us. We will process all requests promptly in accordance with privacy and medical record retention requirements.

It has been our privilege to advise and support you along this path of wellness. We deeply appreciate your trust, loyalty, and the relationship we have built over the past couple of years.
